Not only the in the combination of the traditional economic purpose , but also the in culture and policy purpose, the business activity in europe was to go toward the direction of the single market. The motor vehicle occupation, in industry boundary, on account of the motor vehicle industry can push forward the other industry prosperous, therefor, the the industry of one country is prosperous or not will depend on its vehicle industry, and in economic boundary , the motor vehicle usually costs much money , and it is indispensable in traffic , so the transaction often promotes the development of the economic , therefor, has the demand to stipulate. In europe union, since1984the regulation of the 123/85, started the management of the motor vehicle distribution, in 1995, the europe commission drawn up the regulation of the 1475/95, and in2002the regulation of 1400/2002 was drawn up to replace the 1475/95regulation, the new regulation changes large extent about the right of the distributor, spare parts manufacturer, independent operators in the after sale service market. But in our nation, there is no regulation about the motor vehicle distribution so far , so this thesis wishes to be a reference about the motor vehicle distribution in our nation.
