碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 公共行政暨政策學系 === 92 === The Core Competencies theory has been since Prahalad and Hamel are proposed, a lot of scholars have discussed to Core Competencies theory ,the Core Competencies Indicators of Examination Yuan’ s Junior Public Servants of R.O.C. its main purpose has three items: 一、According to the parts of Business and Government to building the Core Competencies Indicators of Examination Yuan’ s Junior Public Servants of R.O.C. 二、Pay attention to the government and recommend the importance which assumes Examination Yuan’ s Junior Public Servants of R.O.C. 三、What Core competencies indicators are the Examination Yuan’ s Junior Public Servants of R.O.C？ This research will use the Literature Review Method , Interviewing deeply and Questionnaire Method.
