Summary:碩士 === 國立臺東大學 === 教育研究所 === 92 === The purpose of this research will exploring the situation of Hualien and Taitung elementary schools Physical teacher their self-efficacy and work stress, and to compare with the influence of teacher’s self-efficacy and work stress in varied background variation, then will to research the Trend of the elementary schools Physical teacher self-efficacy and work stress form their age, seniority and degree. Finally will explore the relativity between self-efficacy and work stress of the elementary schools Physical teacher. This research method includes the Document Analysis, the Questionnaire Survey and the Visit Investigation. Use the Stratified Sampling to sampled 90 elementary schools Physical teacher from Hualien and Taitung, and with the self-devised “The elementary Physical teacher teaching perception questionnaire” as the research tool. The questionnaire delivered for 449, retrieve for 371 and availability for 362, about 81% rate for available. All the questionnaire data uses SPSS 10.0 statistical software to describe Statistical analysis, MANOVA, Trend analysis and Canonical Correlation, and then extract 5 Physical teachers to semi-structured interview. Generalize form example study that this research has the following conclusion: 1. The Hualien and Taitung elementary schools Physical teachers they have faulty self-efficacy and lower work stress. 2. The elementary schools Physical teachers compared with their different sexuality, age, degree, conjugality, and seniority, teaching class, physical education credit hour and whether or not to part-time for administrator there have obviously gap in self-efficacy. 3. The elementary schools Physical teacher compared with their sexuality, age, degree, conjugality, and seniority, teaching class, physical education credit hour and whether or not to part-time for administrator there have obviously gap in work stress. 4. The elementary schools Physical teacher compared with their age, seniority and degree there are seniority and degree have obviously trend in the overall self-efficacy. 5. The elementary schools Physical teacher Canonical Correlation level from their self-efficacy and work stress has very obviously. 6. The elementary schools Physical teacher Trent Analysis level form their overall work stress in different age and seniority or degree does not obviously. According to the research result will present suggestion for education administration and school administration, elementary school Physical teacher and the future research.
