The features of all flakes were with crude surfaces. The flake’s aligned angle on the face layer of OSB within 0 ∘-30 ∘ accumulated to 74-92% of the total flakes. The ultrasonic velocity (V) at 0 ∘of aligned angle (V0) was the highest, decreased rapidly with increasing aligned angle. There were significant positive relationships between velocity and MOR, MOE, MOEdv, IB, SH. In drill resistance test, the PD, MD affected on properties of bending strength positively while Pdi affected on properties of bending strength negatively.
