Inside the programmer, a Pin Driver IC selects the correct power source or signal for every pin on slot. In this thesis, the design of control logic circuit of the Pin Driver IC is described in detail. There are two main operation modes in the system. One is the Real Time Mapping Mode, which is the normal operation mode. The other is the Pre-Configure Mode. It is just designed for programmable memory chips. The programmable memory chip works like being directly connected to CPU. The speed of programming can be raised under this mode. At last, the simulation results are provided to guarantee the design.
