Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 材料科技研究所 === 92 === In this research, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-Ray diffractometer (XRD) and optical microscope (OM) are used to make the qualitative analysis, and electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) to make the quantitative analysis and study on the transformations of Fe-29.7 wt% Mn-8.7 wt% Al-0.04 wt% C alloy. We observed an FCC phase precipitated in the BCC matrixes of the Fe-Mn-Al alloys after water quenching from 1050℃ comparing the XRD data in aged samples. We found the (001) diffraction phase, and identified by computing the lattice constant of the crystal structure of the new phase as a simple cubic crystal with Bragg’s law. After 1050℃ solution treatment and aging process from 450 to 900℃, we found K-S phenomena orientation relationship between BCC and FCC phases, incoherent precipitation of α-Mn, coherent precipitation of D03, and unidentified new precipitates.
