Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 機械工程系 === 92 === The objective of present study is developing a finite element model of the composite plate with integrated piezoelectric layers which is used to investigate the static and dynamic characteristics of various laminated composite plate with piezoelectric layers. First, this study uses the first order shear deformable plate theory ( FSDPT ) and the constitutive relations of a piezoelectric material to obtain the stress-strain relation of the laminated composite plate with piezoelectric layers. Then this study uses the Hamilton’s principle to obtain a variation form of the piezoelectric laminated composite plate and the finite element approximations to obtain the finite element equation of motion of a laminated composite plate with piezoelectric layers. Using the present finite element model, a piezoelectric cantilever beam with applied voltage is analyzed first to predict its deformation and the total charge of the sensor in the piezoelectric beam. The present results are compared with the solution in the literature. Then, the nature frequencies and mode shapes of the piezoelectric laminated composite plate, are analyzed by using the present of finite element model. Finally, the present study investigates the vibration suppression of piezoelectric laminated composite plate with initial displacement, in which a simple negative velocity feed-back control algorithm coupling the direct and converse piezoelectric effects is used to effectively suppress the vibration of the laminated composite plate. The effects of gain of feed-back control on the vibration control of the piezoelectric electric laminated composite plate are studied through using the present finite element model.
