It was focused on disadvantages of over curing, not precise, shrinkage, and mechanical strength. Due to the advantage of nano-powder (SiO2, Carbon Black) with high surface area and high activation, it’s can be easy to combine with the resin. Add nano-powder (SiO2, Carbon black) to the resin Tetrafunction Polyester Acrylate (TPA) / 1,6-Hexanediol Diacrylate (HDDA), to solve question of the defect.
The result point to add dispers to the resin could disperse the nano-powder in TPA/HDDA be Nano-composites. TPA/HDDA Nano-composites could increase the mechanical strength to 50%. TPA/HDDA Nano-composites can decrease shrinkage to 20%. When Disperse rate at 1:10~1:15 can effective in control the depth.
