With the special design, the traditional 「COUNTISURE」 system is modified then it can be used in the cutting process. Thus, the modified system can provide more in-processing data to study the cutting behavior. Its uncertainty can be up to 5μm. The functions of modified IICTS include the tests in dynamic performance of CNC machine tools for non-cutting operation and the cutting process effects of the in-Processing contouring system are finished.
