The first regulation of Building laws define the purpose of building laws for practice building management and keep public security, public transportation, public sanitation and sight of city. It means building and safety have strongly relationship. Due to evacuation has highly relationship with safety and building security, I decide evacuation procedure as my research topic for discussing. Simulation is a good research way to discuss evacuation procedure. It can predict something during evacuation procedure. Generally, real person simulation has high authentic, but it probably happen dangerous situation so feasibility is low. However, formerly evacuation research ways like “math model “ and “evacuation behavior” can not display relationship of evacuation behavior, evacuation route and space during evacuation procedure. The research design dynamic visual simulation way to analyze. Otherwise. “walking distance” technical rules of construction defined distance from any point to stair or exit. It considers evacuation time is long or short was decided by walking distance. However, take the result of research, long or short walking distance is not a main reason to affect evacuation time but evacuation speed. The research take swimming pool auditorium of Chinese culture university stadium as an example. It simulated 90 virtual evacuation persons totally, utilize Auto Cad 2004, FORM-Z 3.8 and 3DS Max 5 and evacuation behavior theory to design “dynamic visual simulation way”. Analyzing relationship of evacuation behavior, evacuation route and space from animation rendered by 3DS Max 5. It can analyze start time of evacuation, total time of evacuation, permit time of evacuation. On the other hand, with regard to present “walking distance” technical rules of construction, we also address some advices and recommendations from result of research.
