The study integrates the navigation system in campus kiosk and the VoIP technology to reduce the cost of telecommunication wire and provide the free call service of campus information within campus. The users can use the service for all kinds of campus information directly by the user interface of Internet Phone at campus kiosk placed in campus. With the web service and database of campus, the agent can receive the call and get the information of the caller at the same time to reduce the time and increase the service efficiency and quality. The users, therefore, can obtain all kinds of campus services in kiosks without walking around in campus, save the call fee, and enjoy the convenient service in the information age. The main purpose of using kiosk is to help users to obtain information quickly and conveniently, and then the kiosk can interact friendly with users. The study provides a multimedia video management system, the running text display management system and VoIP-based kiosk phone to make the information management and communication of kiosk more fluent and let users enjoy natural and interactive kiosk service.
