And if the pressure will becomes the conflict caused by the service work and the family; what is the strategy when they face the conflict. Furthermore, the research will discuss the influence of the strategy to the job involvement of the volunteer service. By the research, the researcher hopes to provide some suggestions to help the lifeline volunteers reduce their family conflict, to promote the job involvement of the volunteer service and to strengthen the service quality。 The method of this study is based on purposive sampling. All volunteers from three associations are two hundred eighty-seven .The returns-ratio reaches 75% , so two hundred five volunteers from three associations are collected. The research datas was analyzed by the statistical methods of mean, standard deviation, t-test , one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, step-wise multiple regression analysis in this research, The results are: 1.The lifeline volunteers indeed have the family conflict. The main conflict is intense conflict; the male’s time conflict is higher than female’s. The volunteers graduated from relative department will have higher family conflict . 2.The lifeline volunteers’ strategy for conflict, the first one is question focus strategy;the next one is emotion focus strategy. 3.The main service investment of the volunteers is professional attitude; next is work satisfication; and then is hard working. The volunteers, directors and cadres in northern Taiwan have a higher work investment. 4.The volunteers’ service work investment will be influenced by the family conflict. When the strategy is more possive, the family conflict will be less and the work investment degree will be higher. 5.The question focus strategy will effected the work investment the most. Over-working can predict the family conflict the best. According to the main research conclusions, the suggesstions are: 1.Pay attention to the over-working volunteers and provide educational training to avoid deviating the volunteering essence. 2.To educate the volunteers to use their learning well in life, especially the conflict between work and family has to be dealed with suitable strategy. 3.Other NPO should notice the human resources of the volunteers and their participation motive demand。 4.The researcher in future can change the research items or methods. The research results can be references for the international lifeline association, every lifeline association in the country , lifeline volunteers and other NPO.
