Along with the economic developing, foreign investing, and living-standard up-grading, the style of commercial and consuming activities are changing gradually. The business of Chain drugstore is booming in these years. COSMED is one of the typical chain drugstores and the number of stores keeps growing. It is worth of further investigation on how COSMED makes the great performance successful under the economic pressure of Taiwan society to study that the difference of style and management of chain drugstores between foreign ones, to analyze the possible key success factors of Taiwanese chain drugstore. The method for this research is employing questionnaire survey to study the relationship among consumers and chain drugstores. The target of the questionnaire is female consumers lived in Taipei Metropolitan area who have the shopping experience in the chain drugstore of COSMED and the content of the questionnaire covers lifestyles, Key Success Factors, and satisfaction after purchasing. Through analyzing the result of questionnaire, this study is try to sort out that how the lifestyles of female consumers influence the cognition of Key Success Factors and the satisfactory level after purchasing in COSMED. There are totally five chapters in this thesis. In Chapter One, it introduces the background, purpose, range and procedure of the research of this thesis. In Chapter Two, it then discusses the selecting method in adopting the relative documents and information in this thesis. In Chapter Three, it analyzes the whole structure of the thesis and wants to adopt the method of research. In Chapter Four, it thereby enumerates all those data utilized and put forward the analysis result. At last, in Chapter Five, the final result arising from the diligent and careful studies by this thesis demonstrates that those female consumers, interviewed by this thesis, that live in the various lifestyles and which originate from the different background actually have significantly differentiated cognition of key success factors of the Chain drugstores and the satisfactory level after purchasing in COSMED. Hopefully, this study will contribute to people who are interested in knowing the Key Success Factors of chain drugstore.
