Recently, more and more banks try to develop retail business and promote personal financial consumer business. Then, cash card becomes the primary product. Owing to the lack of the experiences about the management of cash card, the over-lend issues of cash card happens and reveals the insufficiency of internal risk management of banks. According to internal information of one bank, we analyze consumers of cash card and find several factors which affect the credit risk. After analyzing, we use statistic method to find important factors and prove out-sample, then we can give suitable advice to the bank. As shown from study of the default factors, type of credit card, education level of junior college, education level of university, age ,marriage, building of ownership, usage rate of cash card, deposit account. The correction rate of model is 71.55%, typeⅠerror rate is 14.88%, and typeⅡerror rate is 28.86%. Banks pay much attention on type I error. Therefore, if a default borrower was misjudged to be an normal one and approved for his loan, it may result in banks’ bad debt.
