But certain substrates will be difficult by UV printing if the surface of substrates did not treated well . Therefore, in order to solve those problems, this study firstly discuss about hue of UV inks、PVC substrates、UV curing system and printing thickness etc. and how these printing condition influence the degree of prints concerning wear resisting . In this research, in addition to the friction test of the PVC substrates with different surface treatment, testing the wear resisting of UV printing inks , magenta, cyan, yellow, black and the white, while controlling other printing conditions. In order to get the accuracy, taking the different thickness respectively as (1) 0.1 (2) 0.125 (3) 0.15 (4) 0.175c.c four kind of different conditions matches the different UV lamp intensity respectively as (1) 80W/c㎡(2) 160W/c ㎡(3) 240W/c ㎡the dissimilar condition to perform the overlapping experiment. The conclusion are: 1. PVC substrates could not be printed completely when its surface did not pass through the processing treatment dyne value 34. 2. When the surface treatment surpasses above 38 dynes ,namely it has the quite good hardness effect, therefore when we used the same quality PVC and the same printing ink, the value of PVC ,38 dyne is an ideal printing threshold. 3.When Magenta, cyan, yellow, black and the white inks are fixed withUV lamp intensity and printing thickness situation, its cured effect are M > Y > C > W > K. 4. In order to get the good printing effect ,UV lamp intensity should surpass 80W/c ㎡; and the printing thickness should not surpass above 0.175c.c capacity.
