碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 92 === As the network and communication technology change，national universities and colleges positive perfect e-campus of planning invariably，the e-information built and constructed in the campus。if the user can obtain in time，the user should meet user''s demands at the same time。So understand users to the satisfaction and operating position of the e-campus，will contribute to assessing the effect of the e-campus。This research purpose aims at to understand through relevant documents that e-campus of our country contain range and intension，understand the study of Shih Hsin University of e-campus present situation generation via expert''s interview，and as carrying on the reference basis of questionnaire investigation to students。 The following of result of study：The level of student''s satisfaction to every aspect of e-campus is successively，Campus system，Campus network，Campus service，Campus equipment，among them the satisfaction of the campus system and campus network is scoring ordinarily and above，but most students feel unsatisfied with equipment to the information service of the campus。Students to e-campus use，with using the degree to be relatively high of administrative information system，it is the systematic function that students use most frequently that the network selects the lesson、asks for leave on-line;；different sex，identity，grade，institute，the other students of group，to having difference of showing on e-campus satisfaction and degree of using ; different sex，identity，grade， institute，other students of group are using the characteristic-there is difference of showing on the attitude，ability，support，experience；Students use the characteristic and e-campus satisfaction with use one to have dependence；Increasing the frequency of utilization can improve the satisfaction in the e-campus。 This research, according to the result，put forward the concrete suggestion to nine questions，including distinguish the policy goal of information，the pool information equipment is purchased，strengthen personnel''s accomplishment of information，set up intact campus network，pursue personal information service，reward teachers and students and participate in together ，use and serve the group，improve student''s information accomplishment，strengthen the function of information system properly， hope to improve the e reference basis in the campus as the school in the future Keyword: e-Campus , effect of the e-Campus, Satisfaction, Use,Characteristic of using
