The analysis of surface acoustic wave (SAW) propagation and excitation under metallic-grating structure .We draw different IDT geometry by Auto-Cad. Because the width Of IDT can affect the characteristic of SAW filter, we design five patterns to proof what differences between the theory and practical result .Now, SAW device is used in commercial, and military applications .It play a important role in the radio-frequency (RF) and intermediate-frequency (IF) stages of many electronic systems, such as television sets, satellite receivers, remote control units, and mobile phones. The objective of this paper is to provide an overview of how to fabricate SAW filter. Finally, a SAW device is designed and manufactured. The characteristic parameter is measured to conform the analysis
