From the simulation results, it is found that both the number and the angle of particle adsorbed increase with the decrease of the control window area, which will cause the shadow effect and the multi-layer deposition behavior of Brownian particles become more pronounced. Under this condition, the amount of Brownian particles deposited is higher than that of non-Brownian particles.
