Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 工業工程與管理研究所 === 92 === Any manufacturing company with rapidly growing sales will expand its capacity by installing more production lines or factory sites. Scheduling among multi-production lines is a challenge. Most literatures in scheduling are based on time related performance objective and too many simplification assumptions. The results of must scheduling are not readily acceptable to policymaker. In this study, we develop an interactive scheduling system that incorporating simple algorithms, throughput objective, many practical considerations, and interactive interfaces for schedule planners. A case of musical instrument industry in make-to-order environment is referenced to develop the framework of the scheduling system. Experiments were conducted to verify the relative effectiveness of several interactive scenarios such as number of operations with simple searching algorithm, adjusting time of planners, and number of adjusting. The results of experiments show that improvement of total throughput profit can be achieved through our interactive scheduling system.
