Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 有機高分子研究所 === 92 === A series of monoazo complex dyes were synthesized, and their properties including photosensitivity, thermal property, solubility, and optical constant (complex refractive index N=n+ik) were evaluated. The diazo components used were thiadiazols and thiazols, the coupling component used was N,N-diethyl-3-aminophenol. Using the ions of nickel, copper, zinc and cobalt to react with the monoazo dyes got a series of monoazo complex dyes. Based on the data of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (H’-NMR), Mass Spectra(MS), and Atomic Absorption (AA), the structure of the dyes were determined. The λmax of the thin films on polycarbonate(PC) of the dyes are in the range of 560nm and 590nm. The decomposition temperature of the dyes are in the range of 200℃and 300℃. The refractive index (n) of the thin films meet the recommended range (1.8<n<2.7) of a recording layer for DVD-R suggested by some papers.
