Unlike the timeslot-based resource allocation, we propose radio-block based resource allocation strategies, which more suitable in practical multiplexing case, to allocate radio resource. Furthermore, we also consider two different ways to scheme time slots in a TDMA frame, that is, complete partitioning and partial sharing, and evaluate the performances which come out. By building analytical model and software simulation, we can prove that the resource allocation strategies we proposed have high utilization characteristic. We also evaluate the influence of offered load on utilization and blocking probability for different strategies. We found that partial sharing will outperform complete partitioning.
