It forces enterprises of Taiwan to develop Global Logistics Management (GLM). In addition, enterprises of Taiwan have powerful manufacturing and designing ability as well as relative supportive plans of government such as ABCDE plans which was led by Ministry of Economic Affairs, Taiwan, R.O.C,. These make a firmly competitive advantage for domestic enterprises to develop Global Logistics Management. Making a comprehensive survey of past studies about Global Logistics Management, most of them are case studies which probed into general situation of specific industry. However, the information of those results is limited to let executives of enterprises plan Global Logistics Management. Therefore, this study makes use of Conjoint Analysis to design Global Logistics Management and then analyze strategies preferences of different industries while executives are planning GLM system. Hoping provide executives a complete set of information and references to plan Global Logistics Management. After executives’ personal interview, self-explicated preference scores of respondents are adopted to run Cluster Analysis and then preference evaluations of full-profile are analyzed through Conjoint Analysis. The results find that there are three Global Logistics Management types. Besides, The Global Logistics Management of industry-specific and GLM of Free Port are also derived form the results of conjoint analysis and enterprise interviews.
