| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 創新設計研究所 === 92 === This research proves about Taiwanese mail labor’s head size through count and measure to analyze application and then design of the safety glasses. As a result of the higher quality of life presently and the emphasizing to pay more attentions at public security of labors’ work condition, the labors need to wear the safety glasses to protect themselves from the dangers; but those users often feel uncomfortable because of the size of safety glasses is not fit in Taiwanese labor’s size in the market. Therefore, this research applies the nation standard to design the safety glasses of Taiwanese labor in lager, medium, small, and three-dimensional head appearance.
From the bibliographic document, understanding and comprehend the definition of safety glasses, the material of safety glasses, the information of safety glasses factories, the eye protected standard of every countries and then added the principles of head physiological compositions, after that let Taiwanese labors wear those safety glasses actuality and then interview them to ask related investigation. Afterwards make all these analyses, generalizing and arranging the measure datum of eye protection capacity. Then apply these results of 3D Head Data Base proceed measure as the design standard of safety glasses.
Through these analyses and generalization of the bibliographic document and the 3D Head Data Base, arrange to three Taiwanese basic head sizes to provide the industrial cycles to produce the fitness safety glasses for Taiwanese labors. Let the users were their safety glasses could feel comfortable and safety and then increase the using desirable and decrease the accidents in public security.
