Setting up good KPIs not only displays the changes of key performance in the organization, but also is a reference of improvement, and at the same time, it further enhances its competitiveness. By adopting case study method, by means of using interview and questionnaire, and adopting a description statistic analysis method, this study focuses on key performance indicators of information processing center in Tamkang University. The first achievements of this research is turning the former subjective method of performance measurement of Tamkang University into objective and quantitative indicators, and selecting 5-6 KPIs as reference for different departments while evaluating performance. The second, providing this school and others references while executing KPI measurement.
