Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 92 === The constant enlargement of digital still camera market scales, the research and development technology of digital still camera, with breaking through constantly too, make the market competition fierce day by day, under such environment with keen competition, in order to consider under the principle in the limited and minimum cost of resource , to meet each different consumers'' different products demands, can include and draw together the greatest sales potential to make , so, this research purpose is to understand that user''s impression of digital still camera products function demand o and satisfaction are focal points, the design focal point functionally in the products is as the basis as digital still camera. This research is analyzed by the factor analysis at first '' shoot the function '', '' the transmission function of the multimedia '', '' brand serve '' , '' information offer '' , '' additional function '',, '' is it upgrade function to upgrade '', seven satisfaction factors construct surface with '' price attribute '', and carry on two parts of following statistical analysis. The first part, the demographic parameter , with buy the behavior to satisfaction factor dominance analysis; Second part , every demographic parameter hope to purchase , satisfaction of factor degree with drop of satisfaction analyze after using earlier stage. Result of study show different characteristics of the population parameter, satisfaction of function different to some extent even as to several camera. In the product design, according to the consumer demand for different characteristics of the population, offer different design focal points. In addition, this research offers the following several items to be satisfied with the tactics improved to propose to the customer: (1) Camera develops the digit so far, rate of increase and sales volume improve a lot and harvest, under situation this, several camera industry person competition will certainly fierce between each other, had better keep certain price elasticity, and focus on the shooting skill of the digit camera functionally, in order to attract consumers. (2) Except that set up good brand image, keep good prestige , the brand which raise several cameras is served and served with the manufacturer , in order to increase customers satisfiedly with excite the will that the customer recommends again.
