We must try so many times to get the best result. However, that will waste manpower and financial resources . Maybe we won’t get the nice result. For the reason why, the purpose of this research to make one effective mathematical calculation and solve trial-and-error method. It can improve shortcomings completely, and improve fabrication. The purpose to optimize the problem of the medicine membrane with the Grey Relational Theory. In the cases of experiment, we can rely on the phase inversion to find out the result of membrane process. After that, we can find out the controlled factors and controlled levels of the experiment to make progress. We can not only use the Grey Relational Theory but also use Analysis of Variance to check each relations of controlled factors of experiment. So we can find out the best combinations of controlled levels .In this research , we use three examples to make sure the feasibility and advantage of the calculation we propose.
