| Summary: | 碩士 === 臺北醫學大學 === 醫務管理學系 === 92 === A study on factors that influence physicians’ willingness for implementation of clinical practice guidelines was performed through a structured questionnaire. In Taiwan，physicians who had the experience on clinical practice guidelines or clinical path will have more intense to perform the clinical practice guidelines.
The other factors are those who work in hospitals especial in public hospitals and who face the 「case payment」during their practice. The characteristics of clinical practice guidelines that will be favored by physicians in Taiwan are 「match the evidence-based medicine」、「made by association of specialist」、「national level」、「flexible in use」、「protective role in legal events」、「available on journals」 and 「monitoring by an independent organization」.
Suggestions to policy makers、hospital administrators and physicians are described.
