The problem of dropout students has become more attention by the educational department because of the potential security threaten to our society. Therefore the problem of the dropout students needs to be concerned in the future. Methods and Materials All of the subjects who lived in dormitory, single parent, low economical and social status of parents, had been taken dropout school from 15 junior middle high school volunteer as subjects. Semi-structural deeply interview and life experience questionnaire for the adolescent (LEQ) were used as to tool in the study. LEQ included the reason of dropout to school, the life experience after dropout to school, the reason and adaptation for backing to school, the ideal school and social needs, and so on. Results and Findings According to both interview and the LEQ survey to the subjects and the findings are as follows: 1. School and family were the major two reasons for the students who took dropout to school. There were several excuses including uncustomed and maladapt to school life, hard curriculum and low academic performance, great pressure of examination, and conflict between teacher and students that forced them to dropout to school. Furthermore, unnormal relationship between family, personnel enjoy playing, and surrounding the internet coffee shop were also the reasons determined who dropout to school. 2. The most often life experience after students who dropout to school included chat on friends, played the computer game, and did the part time job. 3. The reason for the dropout students went back to school was divided into voluntary and non-voluntory two factors. The major reasons for non voluntary were the family and teacher encouragement. 4. The reason for the dropout students decided to back school were felt lose freedom and gradual adaptation to the social life. 5. The ideal characteristics of the school for dropout students included good computerized facility, administration system, no body punishment, good teacher’s attitude, and more multiple skillful and technical classes. 6. All of the subjects hope they could graduate from the school by the way of half time study and work together. 7. The dormitory way of dropout school was not only provide the students problem, but also offer a secure school environment and life which great help the dropout students. It needs to be deeply understood the problem of the dropout students that assist the educational department to develop the better and fit programs for these students in the junior middle high school. Meanwhile, a wholly consult and service internet needs to be constructed at the educational department in the future. Keywords: dropout to school.
