Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北藝術大學 === 舞蹈表演研究所 === 92 === 國立臺北藝術大學舞蹈表演研究所 碩士論文 【心˙中˙白】─身心探究之旅 The dawning tract in mind─A body-mind journey 【Abstract】 The purpose of this essay is to review my personal growth in terms of physical, intellectual and spiritual aspects. To me, it is like “A body-mind journey”. I record and arrange the experiences I got through the production “The Dawning Tract in Mind”─Dance performance by Hui-chao Hsieh and Uei-ru Chen. By this chance of investigation, I review the process based on all experiences I have gone through the dance. The “Body and mind are one, not two” is a key concept here, while dancing I always try to pay attention to it and put it into practice. There are five chapters as follows: Chapter One is a brief introduction about my various learning stages in dance. Chapter Two mainly introduces the process of the production. In Chapter Three, I propose the use of breath, image and emotion as the access that may help dancers to explore deeply about body and mind. The final chapter is to further explore the interaction among choreographers, my partner, the audience and myself. At the end it is again, my introspection about this body-mind journey and it is expected to start another journey based on these valuable experiences.
