The data were acquired during pushing two different weight targets, which could help beginner to learn the Nei-Jia-Quan pushing technique in a more scientific way. Four college male students and four skilled Nei-Jia-Quan athletes were selected as the subjects who divided into two groups (general group and skilled group). The differences between skilled and general groups were analyzed using independent t-test. The difference between pushing different weight targets were analyzed using dependent t-test. The significant level was at 0.05. The findings are as followed (1)The kinematic and kinetic results of the skilled group were significant greater than general group. (2)The timing of horizontal and vertical ground reaction force peaks played an important role in Nei-Jia-Quan pushing technique. (3)The characteristics of Nei-Jia-Quan pushing technique accorded with the kinetic chain, and the movement sequence mechanism was from proximal to distal, which also accorded with the traditional Nei-Jia-Quan theory. (4)In order to improve the effect of pushing technique, the timing of triceps contraction should be followed coordinated parts of body and ground reaction force during the whole process of pushing.
