Ten male Taekwondo athletes were recruited to be the subjects in this study (5 elite athletes in elite group, 5 general athletes in general group). The reaction time measurement device, accelerometers, bio-pac system and blood lactic acid instrumentation were used recorded the kick performance before and after intermittence continuous kick training for three different kick techniques. The difference between elite and general groups as well as the difference between pre and post training were analyzed using independent t test and dependent t test, respectively. The results were summarized as followed: The attacking force of elite group was significantly higher than general group after continuous kick training (p < .05). The reaction time and the attacking force were significantly decreased after continuous kick training in general group (p < .05). The fifth minute lactic acid after training of elite group was significantly lower than general group (p < .05). Therefore, continuous kick training could be used as a practical index to determine the skill level of Taekwondo techniques. Tzyy - Yuang Shiang 相子元 2004 學位論文 ; thesis 0 zh-TW
