The variation of dielectric constant of piezoelectric ceramics with temperature sometimes is important for some special applications. The study is to discuss the effect of adding excess PbO, protective atmosphere, variational Zr/Ti ratio and adding hard doping on ε–T characteristics. The kP, d33, tangent loss and variation of dielectric of Pb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)0.06Zr0.48Ti0.46O3 are not improved by adding excess PbO and protective atmosphere. Increasing the content of Ti would decrease the variation of dielectric constant with temperature. However, the kP and d33 become lower. However, the variation of dielectric constant with temperature is decreased with adding MnO2. From the results, Pb(Sb1/2Nb1/2)0.06Zr0.48Ti0.46O3 with 1.0wt% MnO2 is the best composition, where kP=0.548, d33=225(pc/N),Qm=1818, ε33=859.3, tanδ=0.439 and variation of dielectric constant with temperature is 5.1(1/℃) .
