碩士 === 大同大學 === 資訊工程學系(所) === 92 === As the internet network develops, the progress of technology has promoted the growth of large amount of information volume. How to find and access the information effectively is most important for user. In this thesis, I have introduced the concept of Semantic Web which is invented by Tim Berners-Lee (the inventor of the World Wide Web and the director of the World Wide Web Consortium) and the available description language are RDF (W3C Recommendations) and XML Topic Maps (ISO 13250) which both provide a common framework that allows data to be shared and reused. I will implement the Planning–Based Tailored Services on Topic Maps Knowledge Base. This research emphasizes on Topic Maps skeleton on special domain information. We build a TAO module based the inference engine of frame-based system and build a planning based query module support customized services. Besides, we also provide a XTM graph view environment for user to browse the content of a topic map according to their structures. Through this kind of mechanism, I hope to provide a way for knowledge management and knowledge representation more easily and method for maintain information more efficiently.
