These enterprises in Taiwan attract and retain good talents mostly by profit sharing and stock ownership, and reduce their turnover intention. However, this program doesn''t still make employees mobility low or stable, and interest of enterprise doesn''t combine that of employee. The abroad makes it to have the year, and is also widespread employee in the United States stock option plan, gradually under the influence of attention of the Taiwan business enterprise, to this, the research thinks, the relevant employee profit sharing and stock ownership plan related the research and discussion have tended the maturity, most at study the Impacts of employee''s satisfaction with profit sharing and stock ownership on turnover intention, organizational commitment and job involvement. Can be found from relevant references, employee stock option the most main intention of the plan lie ins: Combine the employee and the benefits of the company, reduce to leave office the competition ability of the rate and the business enterprise of the exaltation. Therefore, this research department does in order to study the discussion to employee stock options, combining the demand of the business enterprise, that is to employee''s satisfaction with stock option on organizational commitment, job involvement and turnover intention to do the study. This research regards semi-conductor company of science park of Hsinchu as the research object, entrusting to accept to visit to check the company''s human resources the department''s executive to carry on to issue the recovery, the questionnaire adopts to issue with not at random. The real example analyzing and showing , the impacts of employee''s satisfaction with stock option on organizational commitment, job involvement is just face, for the impacts that turnover intention is negative the direction. This research suggestion semi-conductor industry should establish the employee stock option plan, implementing the track type of appropriate planning stock option plan, to improve employee''s satisfaction to stock option, and then promote the staff to organizational commitment, improve the employee''s job involvement of the company, and reduce the turnover intention. Finally, this research thinks, Influence employee''s stock option satisfaction to may include census taking to change an item, can do it for the direction of follow-up study development.
