Process control is a quite effective method to improve products quality. It can divide into two groups, Statistical Process Control and Engineering Process Control. SPC rise in part industry, it maintains process by remove assignable cause of the process. EPC develop on procedural industry, it maintains process not shift to the target by feedback control, and the most frequently used feedback controller is the Proportional-Integral-Differentialtial controller. Two these process controls although method rise in different industries, the industry and production technology are becoming more complicated, to combine SPC and EPC become for expansionary topic. So lots of research concern with combine SPC and EPC. But seem insufficient about economy consider with combining SPC and EPC. This research considers combining the economic design of SPC for EPC method with PID controller. View with the cost probes into SPC to correlate with EPC method at the same time. Found that disturbance variation, adjustment cost, and the coefficient of Taguchi’s Loss Function, has very important influence in combining the cost of the way and control method. none 童超塵 學位論文 ; thesis 62 zh-TW
