Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 92 === The lime by-product of Formosa Petrochemical Co. is a by-product from the CFB power-generating plant of the Sixth Naphtha Cracker Plant , its annual production capacity is about 0.33 millions tons . The major chemical compositions are : CaO , CaSO4 , MgO , SiO2 , etc. , Its main applications are : material for road construction purposes , fertilizer base material , agricultural acidic soil improver , engineering land filling material .Since Taiwan has no previous experiences and related information of application on lime by-product from CFB power-generating plant, the engineering society and academic units are not familiar with its applications at all , and even the environmental protection units are concerning on its legal issues for its current application . Formosa Petrochemical Co. has spent efforts for the past two years , it consigns National Central University , Chung-Hsing University and Chaoyang University of Technology to complete the development of lime’s applications in related road construction and agricultural fields , it has been brought into commercialization in very short period of time , the experience we got from this initial stage application development and the cooperation model received from the application companies are sure to be an encouraging and helpful reference to people in other similar recycling industry . This study aims at the business design for recycling management of the lime by-product of Formosa Petrochemical Co. : 1. Industrial by-product recycling management and regulations . 2. Compare the relationship between 「Resource recycling and reusing regulations」 and 「Disposal cleaning regulations」. 3. The direction and economic effectiveness of industrial by-product recycling management . 4. The problems involved when a company is dealing with resource recycling management , namely , core resource , core competitive power , core advantage .
