GDP per person exceeded US 1000 in China, and the market consumption patterns were changing. A concern shift of “potential” in the past must be made for Taiwanese businessmen’s operation to “benefit-actualization” under market transition. The research; hence, aimed at the difference of key success factors on the variety of investment strategies that Taiwanese businessmen adopted. Empirical analysis would be administered to find out the level of performance among the key success factors of market expansion and resource utility. This research, taking Taiwanese businessmen in China as subjects, engaged in variance analysis of the key success factors among different strategies by T test based on various factors. Multiple regression analysis would be made to figure out the performance-influence regression equation of different strategies and key success factors. Strategies respectively related to market expansion and resource utility by the organization was expected to be figured out the effects posed by three performance dimensions toward investment in China. With the empirical studies results, the findings of this research concluded that: 1. Variance analysis for key success factors: A minor part of significant difference was shown within strategies related to market expansion and resource utility. 2. The effects on performance: By empirical studies results, a certain part of significant performance difference was displayed within strategies related to market expansion and resource utility. The research findings informed that in the wake of China’s entry in WTO, business of resource utility was increasing its proportion of domestic market. The market expansion in China tend to be “the bigger you are, the more powerful you will be”, meaning the direct impact of investment scale toward market development.
