Using the Taguchi method to simplify the analyzing process. Then, simulating the dynamic response through the CAE simulation software of ADAMS/Car. To do the optimal design under the requirements of comfort and stability when driving under different speed and condition, Using the vertical acceleration and angular acceleration of vehicle as the objective function. In addition, the driving conditions this paper considered include the convex pavement, manhole pavement, lane change and S steering. Finally, comparing the optimum parameters with the parameters of general range to see if the optimum parameters obtained from the research can reach a certain level of comfort and driving improvement.
