The gene and cell engineering are using the characteristics and performance of biotechnology and covered by biotechnology field. The biomedical engineering may affect human life sciences directly. The biomedical coupled the gene structure and performance which changed the life cycle and limits of human. However, the biomedical research environments and occupants are exposure to extreme dangerous environmental conditions due to the virus contamination. This research will investigate the international standard relating to physical and biology protection guidelines for bio-safety working environments in Taiwan. The operation of bio-safety level 3 laboratories in relating to ventilation system design is applied to exposure control in working environments. The influence and evaluation of the contaminant control for a level 3 laboratory were studied by paper review and performance simulation.
