While balancing the feasibility of management as well as design quality, small design studios with strong focus on design are getting smaller and more compact. Therefore,information sharing in small design studios often relies on ubiquitous devise to savethe time of information sharing. However, mobility and dynamic information flow are two key issues for information sharing in design studios. Consequently, this research through three different domains: ubiquitous computing, workflow and information model to discuss and understand the relation and possible improvement of information sharing in design studio. In the research process, it will be by means of analyzing workflow and information flow to develop computational model, through interviews and observation to discover possible sharing behaviors in the studio and combining movable and dynamic information flow model. Moreover, on the basis of three different fields, this research proposes a computational structure called as ubiquitous information flow (UIF) and ubiquitous information flow tool (UIFO). UIFO uses Active server page and Java Me to stimulate the development of cellular phone. Besides, according to information sharing condition provided in the interviews, it discusses the possible situations of information sharing accomplishment of information sharing in small studio. UIFO and through information sharing interactive situation of four interviews, it discussed the possible situations and problems of mobility and dynamic information flow and then it provides future experiment information sharing possible platform.
