These features have been adopted as the standard for assessing the OEM order of future release. In the face of such market trends, factory operating costs face pressure to rise, threatening profits. Currently, besides change management method and marketing strategy should be to integrate internal resources to improve production efficiency and capability to make profitability. Previous research, besides adjusting and updating the machine tool or mechanicals instrument, numerous investigations used the manpower balance or performance evaluation as the main method for promoting production line capability. In addition to applying the bar code or program carrier change in the research part, previous research did not submit the integrated method in the deliver data and whole system. Additionally, research was lacking on integrating information systems for transacting the artificial risk and related problems in the testing of the diversification product. Therefore, the process reformation in this investigation largely focuses on combining the whole system and data transfer methods. Expected to be accompanied by a low cost and simple design, provided a production system or method with a new structure. By changing the current production process operating mode and capabilities, the whole profit can be increased and the following application can be provided. This investigation adopts the network boot function and related technologies to simplify the production unit test carrier. The supervision control program then is used to deliver the production data to SFIS via the TFTP protocol, thus preventing human error. The BIOS is used to provide information for data assessment and unit identification. The test process of diversification product is allowed to automatically change test program, and all systems are put on the exclusive production network, with the network database being used to provide the program and compare information. After collecting and analyzing the related data, we find the network process provides the high efficiency and flexibilities, and also facilitates the operation. Test program maintenance, operational behavior, or the obtaining of real time production data all display an obvious improvement. The entire operating capability is promoted, as demonstrated by the increased pass rate, reduced fail reason, increased productivity and reduced production time. This research applied the programs to combine network technologies and production operations, and the results of applying these programs provide a reference or contrast for the related company in system development.
