Within 460~580℃, the solution treatment and aged at different temperature has a profound effect on the mechanical properties. Both strength and hardeness of alloys increase with increasing temperature of solution treatment at within 160~190℃ treatment the hightest strengths and hardness are obtained at the low temperature aging. The Portevin-Le Chatelier Effect (PLC effect)of this alloy system was also conducted by using Materials Testing system(MTS 810). There are three types of defomation modes in PLC effect, i.e, Type A、B and C. Type A serration occurs at highest strain rate(ε>1×10-3 s-1), Type B serration occurs at middle strain rate(1×10-3 s-1>ε >1×10-4 s-1), Type C serration occurs at lowest strain rate(ε<1×10-4 s-1).
