Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防大學中正理工學院 === 電子工程研究所 === 94 === Recently the information technology has made great progress so that the kernel of complex military activity—command and control(C2) are evolving into the integration of command, control, communication, computer, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance. But early C4ISR systems, developed by different services in diverse objectives and domains, can not work compatibly and interoperability so that the integration and communication in battle field are not reachable. In order to ensure the interoperability among C4ISR systems and raise the cost effect of systems, US Department of Defense builds a common framework and guidance for common use of all kinds of military departments called DoDAF(DoD Architecture Framework) such that DoDAF-compliant architecture description from different organizations can understand, communicate, and integrate with each other. Therefore the integration problems of C4ISR among different services and systems can be resolved. This work develops DoDAF-based command and control models and builds the architecture description for it by using DoDAF. Then discuss the characteristics of modeling C2 units applying DoDAF, and identify the relationships between data elements in the operational view products of DoDAF, then using the relationships of data elements to build up C2 architecture and simulation model. Hence, the model become executable and can be simulated and analyzed. Finally, this work makes an implementation of DoDAF-based simulation model for air defense C2 unit to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method. This thesis make contribution for those analogy C2 project to provide a perspective reference example in terms of integrated architecture, effective evaluation, and simulation analysis.
