Summary:碩士 === 國防大學中正理工學院 === 應用化學研究所 === 93 === ABSTRACT According to the current status of development of absorbing materials up to now , absorbing materials from unity of material were very hard to satisfy the request of light ,thin, strength, and broad standard on stealthy technology.In this article,it is very important that preparing novel magnetic materials synthesied and being researched were introduced including mainly in nickel, zinc and iron nitrates ,silica power, aniline, bamboo charcoal for precusurs. By way of sol-gel auto-combustion and hydrothermal method to synthesize three nanometer compound materials; such as NiZn ferrite/polysiloxane, NiZn ferrite/polyaniline and NiZn ferrite/bamboo charcoal. The obtained samples were charactered by Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectrometer (FT-IR), Ultraviolet and Visible Spectroscopy (UV-Vis), X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) techniques. The magnetic properties of the NiZn ferrite/polysiloxane, NiZn ferrite/polyaniline and NiZn ferrite/bamboo charcoa were studied by Electron Paramagnetic Resonance Spectrometer (EPR), Superconducting Quantum Interference Device Magnetometer (SQUID) and RF Impedance/Material Analyzer.
