Of the total of 230 copies distributed, 211 valid copies were recovered (91.73%), 16 incomplete, and the actually valid copies were 195 (84.78%). Data were analyzed with t-Test, ANOVA and correlation analysis; and finds indicated: (1) background variables of planners affect status judgment ability: (a) age: planners at age 41-50 make better judgments; (b) education: planners holding a master’s or higher degree make better judgments: (c) working experience: planners with 21-25 years of working experience make better judgments; (d) position: nursing supervisors make better judgments; and (e) advanced study: planners taking advanced study make better judgments; (2) background variables of planners affect the performance of professional competency; (3) professional competence and training needs are significantly correlated; and (4) the training needs of planners include marketing planning, situation analysis, program design, program evaluation, needs assessment and market analysis. 魏惠娟 2005 學位論文 ; thesis 153 zh-TW |
