During the last decade there has been an explosive increase in researching factors for the adoption of information technology, but RFID is an innovation for logistics industries, its unique characters are different from others information technologies, there is a need to research adopting factors. We organized and hypothesize the factors that were found to be influential in prior information technologies with grounded theory, and at last find seven constructs in this model can be affected RFID adoption. These include market competition, partner pressure, vender industry environment, cost, SCM strategy integration, RFID complexity, and standard.
