In the proposed band-pass filters, I use the additional cross coupling such as feedback capacitor between source and load, and grounding inductor among resonators to produce out-of-band transmission zeros and improve the performances of filters. The impedance- and admittance-inverters, and the Y-matrix method are used to derive the initial values of the filters. For low-pass filter, the image parameter method is adopted to calculate the filter’s initial values and the out-of-band transmission zeros. This low-pass filter has broad stop-band. All of the filters mentioned above are simulated by the full-wave EM simulation and fabricated through the LTCC foundry.
