For this, the application in this area can be utilized in the production of components of prosthesis, precise crown, precise pipe line, multi-storey material alloy mold, and turbine blades. In addition, it can be employed to control the reaction time of gradient medical medicines in the human body. However, the functions mentioned above cannot be produced by the traditional manufacturing process which is quite complex and expensive. Thus, the development on the production of RP is inevitable and necessary since it can produce the functional part of heterogeneous gradient material and its procedure of production is more effective as well. The main purpose of this research is to develop the CAD system with gradient material properties and its software. In this research, the user can design an object’s geometry in any CAD software and save the designed model in STL format for RP manufacturing. Then, by the input of the CAD system of this research, users can input various types of materials freely for solid models in accord with different types and ratios of materials needed to integrate heterogeneous object models. In addition, the information about the input mentioned above can be output so that the material data of heterogeneous object models can be used for the further research on the applications for RP manufacturing.
