Thus there are many domestic enterprises also begin to set up KM mechanism under the competitive pressure of industry, then one successful KM planing should have the following conditions for cooperating: the support high-level chief 、and cooperate with the culture and operative strategic of company、depend on the overall planning the KM person、stride across the limit line of the organization 、set up one timly database、pass through the collaboration of reward system and incentive system、announce, communicate and training continuously. Thus, this thesis choose one high-technic industry as one study subject of KM case study by project research,then make a research for the inner product data management system and KM system of case company, then make a detailed analysis and performance evaluation for knowledge classification、storage、presentation, to be aware that the application of KM and Time to Market how to let the case company own the competitive advantageous.
