In order to proceed with the optimized design of the golf club head, the objective function, design variables and constraint conditions needs to be clearly defined. The objection function is the farthest hitting distance and largest sweet area. The optimum automatic formation model of the golf club head is developed by using the customized developing technique (knowledge fusion) of Unigraphics (UG) software. Also, the optimum model is efficiently generated by operating the program and integrating the various optimum designing techniques and knowledge into the system.
